What types of training do you offer?
At this time we are offering a comprehensive First Aid/CPR/AED class designed for community members and Basic Life Support (BLS) which is CPR/AED specific to members of the healthcare community. These classes are offered as a blended online and in-person format or can be taught completely in-person if desired. If you are interested in additional course offerings, please contact us today!
How can I schedule a training session?
To schedule a training session, you can request a class time via the scheduling page. Additionally you can contact us through our website or call us directly at (614) 638-5018. We are flexible and can arrange classes at your convenience, including on-site training in the UP.
Do you provide training for groups?
Yes! The American Red Cross limits class sizes to 12 learners but we are happy to provide training for your group. Whether it’s a small team or a large organization, we can tailor our courses to meet your specific needs and ensure everyone receives the necessary training.
What is the duration of the training courses?
The duration of our training courses varies depending on the type of certification and class size, and format. Blended classes allow learners to do some training prior to the in-person class on their own. This shortens the in-person time needed for skills demonstration. For example, First Aid/CPR/AED in-person class is 3 – 4 hours and the blended class is at home study (~2 hrs) plus 1.5 – 2 hrs in-person.
Are your courses certified?
Yes, all our courses are certified by the American Red Cross. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an American Red Cross certification that is valid for two years, ensuring recognition for their skills and knowledge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for rescheduling if notified at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that plans can change and aim to accommodate our clients’ needs.
